* - Games will be played at the team with the higher regular season winning percentage.

* - Should there be a tie in winning percentage, the team with the least runs allowed in all league games will host. (De Pere wins tiebreaker over Pulaski and New London wins tiebreaker over Appleton Rebels based on fewer runs allowed)

* - Should there still be a tie, a coin flip shall be used to determine the host.
