Popelka Named State All Star MVP Award Menasha's Adam Grambow was the winning pitcher, tossing a scoreless eight innings. Max Frederick of New London earned the save, striking out two in the ninth. This marks the second consecutive year that a player from the FRV League has won the state MVP award. In 2009 Cullen Buchanan of Appleton Legion took home the honors.
